The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom (with good size bathwith mixer shower) was also roomy, and all was very clean. The breakfast was excellent, I had the cooked option and my wife had the continental, both of which were delicious. The breakfast is served in the pavilion of the show jumping course, just a short walk from the farmhouse or cottage, which gives a very pleasant outlook whilst having your breakfast. Athough the farm is not far from the dual carriageway you can hear no traffic noise, just the sound of nature, and the public transport into Oxford from the park and ride, (about ten minutes away) is extremely good, with very helpful drivers. We would love to highly recommend this property but feel that if we do it may mean it would be fully booked next time we want to visit. definately five stars.

We arrived by train & caught a taxi from Oxford station. We did not need to book a taxi as there were several at the taxi queue. It is important to give the taxi the full post code for Hill Farm to avoid any confusion. The room was presented as promised - clean with lovely amenities. The breakfast offering is fabulous - continental or full breakfast. Hill Farm recommended that we use the Peartree Park & Ride service vs trying to park in Oxford. Very good advice. When we arrived in Oxford we joined a free walking tour of Oxford through the information centre. Chris, the tour guide, was fabulous. Would recommend Hill Farm to family & friends without hesitation.

This is a little treasure! Now I dream of living on a farm again, one day was not enough. Our room was nice and very cozy, all the necessary things were in it: water, tea and coffee, hairdryer, iron and fresh linen and towels. The shower gel and soap have an amazing scent, I really liked it. Breakfast was top notch! Delicious coffee in huge mugs, fresh toast with butter and jam. Thank you very much to the whole team for your hospitality! As a bonus, we watched the horse races! It was very interesting and exciting to watch the horses and riders. And we woke up with peacock singing in the morning 🦚😍

Hill Farm was quite comfortable but they need to pay attention to the decor, I know it was an old property but there was a bit of damp in the bedroom and the wall paper on the ceiling was pealing off. Breakfast was in a separate building a couple of minutes from the house itself which on a wet morning wasn't great, however the breakfast was very good and the bed comfortable although it could do with new pillows. The position was a little difficult as it was on the wrong side of the ring road so you were constantly going up and down the A40 to get to the park and ride or back to the B&B.

The location is superb for visiting Blenheim Palace, Oxford, Cotswolds Wildlife Park and other Cotswold attractions. The hosts are friendly. Our room was well decorated and very clean. Tea/coffee facilities were provided with biscuits which were replenished daily. The room was fairly small but had everything in it necessary for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had lots of room for storing wash/makeup bags etc. The shower was again small but did not pose a problem for us - may be different for larger guests.
